This recipe has been passed down through my family and now I'm sharing it with you because it is that good!
One of the things that makes it so amazing is that it is made using homemade noodles.
A few tips:
- Using chicken thighs adds the most flavor to your chicken broth.
- If you're short on time use a rotisserie chicken. Add the shredded chicken to the soup, then add a little extra chicken bouillon for more flavor.

When making this classic chicken noodle soup, I find it is best to make the egg noodles early on in the day and then finish up the soup closer to when you want to eat.
