Weight Watchers Air Fryer Cinnamon Pop Tarts

Ingredients

Ingredients For Crust

  • 2 Cups self rising flour
  • 2 single cups plain Greek yogurt

Ingredients For the filling

  • ½ cup light swerve brown sugar
  • 1½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour

Ingredients For the icing

Ingredients For the egg wash

  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp fat free milk

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and Greek yogurt and kneed into a dough ball.
  2. Roll the dough out on a floured surface and either use cookie cutters or a knife to cut your pop tart shapes.
  3. Mix egg wash in a small bowl and brush on each dough cut out.
  4. Mix filling ingredients in a small bowl and spoon ½ tsp onto every other dough cut out.
  5. Place the empty cut out on top of the filling cut out and using a fork press the edges together to seal.
  6. Place in Air Fryer for 8 minutes at 400 degrees flipping half way through.
  7. Let cool completely on a wire rack

      Sure they can be baked in a regular oven. I’m just guessing but try 350° and check them in about 10 minutes. If they’re brown take them out if not cook longer but keep an eye on them. As I said I’m just guessing I haven’t even cooked them yet. ☺️
