I am almost frustrated enough to try calling the support line again where if they pick up quickly its all good but if they don't it will be an hour on hold. Crossing my fingers I'm not on hold for an hour before I hang up.

@sparklightcares is so bad they make you go through automated support whichnis waste of time lying to you "i see your modem acticify" then 2 seconds later I camt see your modem...then hangs up on you

@sparklightcares THIRD MONTH IN A ROW that ive had the issue of my internet cutting out randomly from my devices. If it's not slow speeds it's this bs...I have replaced the modem, rest it multiple times AND had them reset it for me...I'm so sick of this. But unfortunately there

@sparklightcares was charging me $135 for high speed until I told them what @CenturyLink quoted. Lowered to $85. raised it $5 to $93 for less speed than CenturyLink by a lot. Fiber up/down for $70. Sparklight, I joined the CLink team after 12 years. Be fair w/your customers.

@sparklightcares Everyone on the Sparklight customer support team is very nice but you give us nothing to plan for. More people work from home than ever before. No internet = no paycheck. This is a nightmare! Give us some kind of update or eta!!!
